Do not buy!! Wifi keep dropping every few seconds. It don't pickup the 5ghz wifi.Update 9/15/17, I got a refunded in a timely manner. The issue could be with a bad/poor wifi antenna/adapter that the box has.

Box works great so far, 3 stars because remote that comes with sucks.

I have a amazon fire stick it's fast but this is faster

I ordered this particular Android TV box on a suggestion from a friend. I received this product promptly within 5 days of ordering. It was received complete with all items needed to set up the device except for batteries for the remote. For the price I would think that batteries would be included but I guess not. The feel of the TV box is very light and is made of all plastic. I don't know if this a factor in the problem I had with the TV box but one thing that would be nice to have on the box is a reset or even a power button for reset/restart. The set up was pretty simple if you are an android product user. The product worked for less than a month and then it froze and could not be reset. There were some glitches with the programs I viewed through the TV box also, like freezing and some flickering that I have not experienced with my Fire TV device so I think it was the box that caused these problems. Amazon did try to help and troubleshoot the issue but they have limited knowledge since this is a third party seller product. I'm returning it and I'll be searching for another product to purchase.

Even more junk! Box power supply burned out after a few months. To get a replacement have to ship back to China for $22.75! Not worth the trouble.

Save yourself a lot of stress and stay away from this box. This box is junk.
