Nothing like a good flush
It’s small and cheap enough to warrant allocating it the space in your kit. Pretty decent pre made kit. I would just add saline.This is the best kind for irrigating stab type wounds or deep gashes. Have some Steri strips in your kit as well. They’ll come in handy. Good kit.I recommendThanks for reading

Would have been nice if the contents were as described and as pictured.
Based on the description, and many images, I ordered a pair of these for emergency use.What I got wasn't what I was expecting.Instead of a 1/2 ounce bottle of betadine, there was a single use, crush to open ampule.Will be returning these both for a refund.

First aid gear
As this gear is used for tending to first aid I have not needed this item yet. I have been injured enough times that I know that its good to have one of these units to clean out road rash, nasty scrapes and cuts before the next step in treatment. So this is a handy item to have in your first aid kit. I will write more after I have actually used the set.

Very helpful addition
The syringe, Betadine, and sponge combination are a great addition to home, office, auto, and backpacking first aid kits. If you are involved in sporting events where penetrating trauma is possible (wilderness, shooting ranges, etc.) It is worth having this set.
