A great addition to playing slide
It took a bit getting use to but now it really is an addition to my bottleneck. I can play two strings with it and it fits so that I can play open and full bar chords. For me it offers some nice additional ideas that can easily brought out.It really has its place in slide playing

Good For One or Two Stings
Works as advertised, but turns out my technique isn’t good for covering only two strings at most and I’d need a lot more work to keep from banging the fretboard with the thing. Nice idea and well engineered but just not for me.

Love the concept but it’s very heavy to the point where it’s not practical to try and play either regular fingered notes or to utilize the slide

One string at a time!
The slide is very handy and can be worn on almost any of three fingers. It works the best for single string leads and easily transitions back to fingerpicking.

Sweet!!
Smokes my other ring slide. Nice & thick, weighted, feels comfortable and can use my finger too. Great design. Will take some time to get used to, since I primarily payed traditional full slide. Gonna be worth it!

Black Mountain slide-ring
......ich dachte mir, 'ist wohl teuer aber probierste mal aus '........für meine slidegitarren nutze ich schon länger ein slide aus keramik....aber diesen hier hab ich testweise für meine mandolinen bestellt....und.....es geht !!!.....gut!!!klar, ist kein leichtgewicht aber der ton steht bis zum sankt nimmerleinstag, wenn man ihn leicht hin und her bewegt.....das eröffnet beim mandolinenspiel ganz neue möglichkeiten.....und ich denke mal bei einer ukulele auch.
