These are great and provide the same results as Spanx Power Panties, which I’ve worn exclusively for MANY years under skirts, dresses and pants (mainly to help conceal cellulite and reduces the jiggle.) Both provide a comfortable, smoothing, and slimming effect. I’m 45 and have a deflated-looking tummy from 3 c-sections and a sedentary lifestyle. I’m 5’4”, 150-160 lbs, size 12 pants, and the Medium/Large size works well.These photos show brand new Simiya shorts (left) vs. Spanx Power Panties (right.)Here’s what I like about Simiya:1. Waistband is elevated a few inches to prevent tummy muffin-top. The Spanx ones hit right at the waist and don’t keep the tummy in as well.2. Silicone at the waistband helps keep the shorts up and in place and prevent roll-down.3. Don’t have the center seam from waist-to crotch in front and back like Spanx.4. These are easier to get on and don’t require the gymnastics and strength needed to get the Spanx on (you can see in the pics how much smaller the Spanx are.) You’d think being smaller they’d cinch you in more, but they don’t. They both provide the same amount of slimming and cellulite smoothing.I cannot attest to the longevity of the Simiya since this is my first pair and they haven’t been washed yet. My Spanx always last for years with washing on cold/delicate and hanging to dry. I never put them in the dryer. I’m hoping for the same longevity in Simiya.

These tore as soon as they went on. It was as if I had on a stocking and it got ripped. This was mostly in the crotch area.

The fit was good, it stays up as its supposed to, the stretch and support was as expected. The one flaw is that the seams at the crotch area will not last after wearing for only 1-2 times. So this is like a pantyhose it will not last long.

The product was damaged it had a big hole in it thats why I gave it 4 stars other than that it's a good product.

Terrible material I wear only 1 and it's already opening (breaking ) on the size of the panty. Extremely disappointed.Un material muy malo, solamente me lo puse 1 vez y ya se está rompiendo en ella área del panti, no vale la pena gasta su dinero muy mala tela y material.

It’s not bad but doesn’t hold you in too much since it has no structure.

These are really nice shapewear shorts. They keep everything in place and do a pretty decent job at flattening your stomach as well as keeping your thighs compressed. The material is good quality & I love that it has the lining on the waist to help them stay up. For reference I am 5’4 & 150lbs, the M/L fit nicely.
