Excellent game. Pieces made so well. Very similar to Catan but you can play with more/less people.

Have had a few games now and all I can say is that this is one of the best pirate games on the market. Even my youngest kids (5 & 7) weee able to understand and play even thou it’s a 10+The two player mode works perfectly.Full 6 player game does last a long time but is fun all the way through.Team mode works amazingly and creates some fun moments.All round highly recommend

Absolutely fantastic game, very quick to learn and the dynamic changes depending how many people you play with. The quality of all the materials is amazing and by far the best board game we own. The price is a lot, but when you feel the weight of the box and see the quality of all the pieces, you will understand it is a value for money.Only issue is, I only seem to roll 1s and 2s when attacking. The luck is not in my favour

The misses and I have recently got into board games and after exhausting everything we had we decided we needed something new. Plunder seemed to fit the bill and £60 later it arrived the next day. The first few games with the two of us were quite good but it quickly become boring. The problem with 2 players is that it easily becomes 1 sided and then drags out. We have played with 3 and 4 players where it becomes a little fairer and more unpredictable. Like a lot of games though it does come down to chance with a roll of a dice, strategy is not a guaranteed win. The quality of the board and pieces is superb, it’s easy to learn the rules without watching an hour long YouTube video. Despite this I do feel ripped off, 2 weeks after my purchase it went on sale with 50% off. It’s worth buying if you plan to play as a group and the price is right. Ours has sat on the shelf for the last month unplayed.

An awesome pirate board game, great product quality, huge board, very easy to learn rules. Highly recommend for fans of pirate era
