It came and is all smashed and doesn't charge properly

I was looking for wired set for long conference calls. When i saw this at a similar price and long battery life I thought id give it a try. My experience, connected to a Mac, caps the battery time at around 4-5hrs per charge and the case recharging ear pieces closer 3-4 times, basically for max of ~20hrs.You do need to get used to the touch sensitive functions as i found myself hanging up calls while trying to re-position them in my ear. Other than these issues its a build quality is decent and screen showing battery level is good.UPDATE 2 weeks in:Further observations bluetooth connection is amazingly fast but microphone is not very good. Ive heard several complaints on the clearness of the mic in this headset from other parties in meeting...

The sound quality, comfort, easy to use, but the only thing I would say is you can't go far from your phone... I like to use these when I'm gardening (I wouldn't say I have a big garden) so I don't want them in my pocket, but I have to keep the phone on me or I go out of range.

Good set of buds, but...The sound has an over abundance of bass and a lack of treble resulting in a rather thumping but 'muddy' sound. Had expected a better sound given the price.OK but nothing spectacular.On the plus side, they are comfortable and stay in the ear well. The charging case is nice and small and gives a good charging indication both topping up the battery and when charging the buds. Good quality construction.As with most Bluetooth headphones, the controls can be a bit tricky and activate at a light touch but this seems to be a thing with with in ear phones. 5 stars for build quality.

I received my earbuds today, they paired nice and easy after following instructions. The sound quality for the price is top quality. Having the different sets of earbuds that fit to your ear is really nice too as the ones they came with didn't fit so there is a size for everyone. I went on a run and they stayed in my ears and they are not too big or bulky, fit nicely. Honestly for the price I could not fault them. Also the built in mic for phone calls is really handy.

Comfy earbuds. Nice case that shows how much battery you still have left so you can manage your charging time etc.Great case you can even use for other purposes if you want.But the best thing I've ever seen in an earbud is the fact you can use either left or right in mono mode (in all other earbuds I had so far, it was only the right side that was able to work alone).With that resource, we can double the battery time (which is already long enough), by using one each time and, for instance get a long haul flight consuming, wirelessly, our own content during all flight.I do recommend this one.
