Over the years I have collected a few wide format printers second hand, they don't get nearly as much use as they need to stay in tip-top shape and I end up having issues with clogged print heads from extended storage... Getting print heads unclogged will burn through a set of ink in an instant, and that gets costly...Enter refillable cartridges like this...For one bulk ink and refilling these is a fraction of the cost of buying traditional ink cartridges, and they are a lot easier to refill than messing with drilling holes and such in OEM cartridges and resetting chips to refill them... This refill option for everyday use is a lifesaver, I just printed a dozen 13x19 posters on photo paper and went through 2+ refills doing this, only cost me about $5 in ink using refillable cartridges and bulk ink...Second, for those like me that have printers in storage that don't get regular use, there is a second use for these... You can get a second set and use them just for cleaning! To do this I fill them with a 50/50 mix of regular Windex and isopropyl alcohol, then I can run the printer through dozens of print head cleaning cycles for pennies and waste no ink! And in most cases, this will unclog most print heads... You could always suck the ink out and use your regular set filled with Windex/alcohol to do cleanings, then suck the Windex/alcohol out, flush them with alcohol let them dry then refill with ink, but that takes time and is a hassle since these are so cheap...And take note, THESE DO AUTO-RESET but you have to do it correctly... You have to run the cartridge until they "X" out as entirely empty on the printer or depending on the printer model and firmware some printers might all the sudden say it 'Doesn't recognize the ink cartridge' and abort a print job right in the middle of a print, annoying but the price you pay... This is the point when they auto-reset, and this is when you do an ink cartridge change to get the printer to recognize they reset, remove the one that the printer says "X" or 'Doesn't recognize' keep it out of the print head for a few seconds, then plug it back in and it should reset to full and be good as new... Again they only reset after the printer says they are entirely empty or unrecognizable, you can't just remove them and expect them to reset, they only reset after the printer deems them empty first...Also, I recommend you only refill them after you remove them from the printer, it's tempting to refill them inside the printer, but one mistake and you will have a huge mess on your hands... Just refill them outside the printer and keep things tidy and clean...

It should be known that these cartridges don't reset when filled, and that a separate device would be needed to reset them.

I received the product very quickly and once I received the cartridhe I noticed that one was to big and didn't fit. I notified the company that one cartridge didn't fit my printer and sent pictures. They took action very quickly to help rectify the issue.

I got them quickly and all worked except the magenta and it was spewing every time I printed.

Be careful when purchasing. I purchased these with the information listed that they were compatible with my printer. Upon receiving then and installing, I had to contact them and they told me they were not compatible with my printer. So beware.

Took forever to even get the ink to start to show on documents, ran the print head nozzle check atleast 50 times before anything started to show and still cant get the pink to work at all!

2 weeks after getting the cartridge the magenta started leaking. I thought it was my printer head but I switched cartridges and the leak went away. Not happy.

Please include the second set of instructions from the listing in addition to the instructions that were provided. That would be super helpful!
