You cannot choose with voltage to work with...
In my electrical circuit, wind turbine, I have added some capacitors instead of batteries. I have some others charge controllers working great.I bought this one thinking that I was capable to switch between 12Vdc or 24Vdc, but I cannot choose it. It works for 12 Vdc only. I have no idea how to switch it to 24Vdc.I do not recommend it .

Limited capability
Worked but had to replace with better model, no led display, and brake engages too often at low wind speeds. I recommend using better model with more options.
