Pen Control Tracing Workbook for Kids: Learn to write patterns, lines, shapes to practice pencil control

This is exactly what I wanted for my pre-writing to have lines to follow with his pencil. Yes, I could have drawn my own, but this makes a more interesting item for my little guy. I may even buy a second for when these pages are finished. It won’t hurt to do it again!

This was great for my daughter (was 3 when we purchased and she recently turned 4). She went through half of the book in a single sitting and then the rest of the book in a second sitting with kids' scissors. Highly recommend for an afternoon activity. It held her attention and was great practice!

The media could not be loaded. Good pre-writing activity book. I noticed that it has a lot of different pictures that kids will love. So they can color after tracing.

I purchased this book for my 3.5 year old to start practicing his pre-writing skills. He's eager to sit down and do a few sheets a day as part of his homeschooling curriculum. I actually unbound the book (easy to tear pages out) so I can put each page in a pocket (Target) to be used and re-used with a dry erase marker. He's just starting out so lines aren't very straight and zigzag lines tend to be curvy, and so, this way he can use the book till he masters tracing. The book itself is created in a progressive way to build pen control skills with a focus on straight, zigzag, curvy, wavy, spiral and irregular lines; it also presents shapes and full-page tracing activities. Images used are clearly for children, though not childish. All pages are b/w so there is the option of coloring in the images as well for extra fun! All-in-all very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it for homeschooling or as extra practice after school.

This Is a great work book for pre k- kindergarten when kids are just learning to write. I’m doing it with my 3 year old now through this school year. Will be ordering a second for next school year.

Love how many pages it has. It starts super easy and then it gets more interesting/difficult. Great practice for pencil control. I love the price and the fact it is black and white. I didn't need to pay more for less colored pages.

Daughter learned how to hold pen and control it
