Very tasty glaze for meats or condiment for other items
This stuff is amazing! I'm not a big fan of honey, as a general statement, but I do like cooking and having an extra "tool" to make the food come out better is always welcome.A few things to note about this product:1. It is really thick, even for honey. Being able to brush it on as a glaze doesn't work well, right out of the jar. I put some in a coffee cup and microwaved it for a few seconds to let it thin out, then was able to brush it on to my grilled chicken with ease.2. It has a VERY strong flavor of cloves. There is a small hint of lime and you definitely get the heat from the pepper but if you don't like cloves, you probably won't like this. I love it, so not a deal breaker for me but just wanted to mention it so everyone else is aware.3. The heat on this is very good. I am not a heat junkie by any means, but I do like things spicy. This stuff is perfect for me. It's at the medium-to-upper end of what I consider a "good heat". It even got me sniffling a little when I was eating some off of a spoon when I first tried it. It's probably a little much for more sensitive taste buds though. If black pepper is your limit, avoid this, but if you can handle habaneros in your food, this is good. Not quite as strong as a bite of the pepper itself, but definitely warm.I cant promise you'll like this, since everyone's tastes vary greatly, but I REALLY like it and will be trying the other Henry's products as well.

Liked the spicyness of this flavor.
THough I gave this to my nephew who loves to cook, I had to try some for myself. I am not a huge fan of honey in general but the flavor and spicyness of this was good. My nephew loved it. It's a little pricey but makes a nice gift for someone who likes to try new things.

The honey sounded amazing and knowing we are supporting a young entrepreneur was the reason we bought it... well I must just say this is the best honey we have ever tasted! It was spicy and delicious! From drizzling on toast and salmon to the perfect pretzel dip it's just scrumptious! We will definitely be re-ordering and trying more flavors! Great job Henry! Great addition to my kitchen spice cabinet
I love this honey! My niece and I saw it on Shark Tank, and she immediately wanted to try it. I bought it right away and have used it several times. It adds a unique favor to your food and can be used on all kinds of meats. I used it as a glaze for salmon tonight and have already used it on chicken, as well. Looking forward to trying it out as a part of other recipes.The jar is big, and a little goes a long way. It's got a but of a kick, but it can be easily balanced with a nice sauce. Totally worth it!

Driver just dropped it off-opened it-tasted it-OMG! This stuff is fantastic!!! Saw it on Shark Tank (re-run) the other day. Looked interesting, so I thought I’d give it a shot. You will love this honey fusion. Just the right amount of habanero heat with plenty of lime for a great taste. I can’t wait to try the other fusions. Thank you Henry!

Excellent Condiment
Made pulled pork today. This was a delicious alternative to sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. Also, a lot healthier.
