Having used it just for a couple of workouts, mainly dips and pull ups, my initial thoughts are very positive.- Extremely comfortable belt able to support my waist/torso without hurting it during the workout. .- Chain and carabiners seem able to easily hold a couple of 22 or maybe 44 pound plates (I am not so strong to lift this weight anyway)- In case you feel like going crazy with the weight, just change the carabiners with some climbing ones!- Great value for money for what it offers

Good belt. I am not a super strong individual so I am not loading much weight on it at this point, but so far it has served me well.

Great belt for the great price. Feels like it should last. Easy to use. Fits snugly enough that that there is no slipping, but easy to get on/off between sets. I am 5'8" with 32"waist and fits well, if that helps.

Chain is way to small. It rides up way to high into your family jewels.

Seems to be good quality, the chain is just really short. When I have a 45lb plate chained up and around my waist it is pretty close to the family jewels.

Belt did not fit with no adjustment to make it comfortable.

I love the thickness & sturdyness of the material & fits nice around my torso. Today was my second time using the belt since it arrived on Sunday.
