Muddy Paws Greyhound Whippet Coat, Medium(43 cm), Black

I ordered this coat for my whippet who is on the larger side of the breed standard. He is 22 inches long and 21 1/2 inches high and is 35 lbs. The coat was much too short for him and would not close around the middle. It is a nice coat but will only fit those whippets on the smaller side of normal for the east coast standard breed. (I have been told that the English standard is quite a bit smaller and also that the west coast prefers a smaller version of the breed.)Recommended for smaller whippets.

It's a really nice looking coat, however the description is wildly inaccurate. This coat does not fit a "medium" whippet and certainly does not fit my smaller whippet girl. This coat will fit an Italian Greyhound. Think twice before ordering.

This is a lovely, beautifully made coat that fits my dog like a glove. She will be so warm this winter and protected from the rain.

Our Whippet stands 22-23 inches at the shoulder, slender build, weight is 28-30 pounds. This coat is perfect size for him to run and keeps slightly short of hip for comfort.

I have a Bedlington Terrier they are similar in shape to a Whippet. I measured my Dog in the correct way and I purchased this Coat in the hope it would fit My Dog. When the Coat arrived I tried it on My Dog Unfortunately it did not sit as it is supposed to over her behind and was rather loose on her Chest. So I sent it back and got a Refund. However it is a lovely Coat just not suitable for my Pooch.

The coat itself was well made and was a good fit .... for my 3 month old lurcher puppy. I returned it because it would certainly not fit her now that she is 4 months old! Suggest that unless your dog is very small you go for a bigger size.

A good quality item bought last spring for my whippet cross. Not really whippet shaped but kept it as it kept pup warm and dry despite the draught in the gap at the back as coat not shaped for the curved rear end.

Fine for the price but small dog is less than 16 in and the 17 in ordered not overly long. As a puppy he won't get much wear out of it, I expected longer

Brilliant quality I have struggled to find a coat to fit my dog but this is perfect, I am glad I ordered two.
