You don't want to have to change the weight often, but they are secure. Very easy to put on and no strap threading required. The single velcro is very secure even with all the weight in place.

Great product! Easy to adjust the weights because each pound is in a little sandbag in a pouch. There’s no shifting of weight during a workout. I add these to ankles for better leg days at home and I’ll add them to arms for upper body weights. Durable and it doesn’t smell. The Velcro is strong and thoughts stay in place. Well-made.

I wear them around the house to get a little extra work out in during the day. I started wearing them at my part time job too and do little exercises throughout the day. Great purchase. A little bulky but can be hidden under pants with a flare.

They are uncomfortable, slide down, don’t stay in place, weight bag was leaking sand first time I removed it.
