I was skeptical but it's doing something. As soon as I put the magnetic bracelet on (right arm), my wrist and hand felt odd. Can't describe it other than it felt like there was some slight pressure. After several days use, I do feel like some of my lower back issues have been tamed (not eliminated) as well as some anxiety issues I have been having. The pressure I previously felt on my wrist/hand has subsided and the aches I use to get from using a computer mouse has also gone away. I don't get how this works but there is a change I have been able notice. Even though it is waterproof, I only take it off to shower. Otherwise, it's on my wrist while I am asleep or awake.

A nice accessory to wear, with beneficial magnet therapy. But a bit awkward to put on, until you do it a few times.

So I ordered the black colored one. When I opened the box at first I thought I had mistakenly been sent the white band. As you can see, straight out of the box this bracelet reflexively wants to bend with the logo facing outwards. However when I put it on facing outward I end up with a long floppy tail hanging out because my wrist is small. So I’m thinking, that can’t be right. Come back to Amazon to look at the photos, and based on photos listed for the product it appears that the logo is supposed to go on the inside. It was considerably harder to put on that way because the band does not want to bend that direction. So the material reflexively pulls away from my skin because the band neutrally wants to bend the opposite way, with logo facing out. When I put it on as shown in the pictures I don’t have the floppy tail anymore by the fit to my wrist is not nearly as good. There is considerable gaping, having the tail tucked under is more uncomfortable than I thought it would be. My Apple Watch has a tail that tucks under that is 100% comfortable, so I know comfort is a possibility with that design, it’s just not comfortable with this bracelet. I have joint pain in the wrist I intend to wear it on, in addition to fibromyalgia. I will update my review after I have worn it for a while to see if it helps with my pain (joint or otherwise.)UPDATE: I did confirm the bracelet is actually magnetic by holding my magnetic work name tag to it. So the magnets are real. Unfortunately after 2 weeks of wearing it I have not seen any improvement in pain or even in a general sense of well-being. I don’t feel worse, I just don’t feel any sort of benefit from this bracelet. My joint/wrist pain is the main thing I wanted this for. My wrist pain is not effected by this bracelet. My copper compression sleeve gives me much more relief. If interested in something like that beware of counterfeit copper compression items, that don’t actually have any copper in the fabric weave, buy from a reputable source. I’m going to move this bracelet to my ankle and keep wearing for a total of 1 month to see if it lessens my body pain at all. Also to keep in mind, placebo effect is real, and is successfully used to treat several issues, mind over matter does actually help a lot of people. But with pain like mine, unfortunately all the positive thinking/ positive beliefs/ positive attitude in the world wont fix it.

I really never saw any benefit with magnetic stuff.

This provides a significant relief from pain for me, and it’s a comfortable design. It’s a little awkward to put on, but it’s worth the end result.

It’s comfortable enough, looks fine, but I did not notice any improvement with arthritis discomfort.
