I am a male in my late 40s. I have been well overweight for over a decade. I cannot tell if they are making any difference. I added this to my garcinia cambogia and colon cleanse. I am still loosing weight, but not sure if this is helping cause I was loosing weight before. I gave it 3 stars for that and because it leaves a raspberry aftertaste, that lasts for hours. I don't care for the aftertaste.

Have not noticed any change in weight or energy. But they may work for you! Just not what I am looking for in a Raspberry Ketone.

I took the product for a month, during the time I took it I have previously lost 27lbs, while taking this product I gained every bit of it back. I am not satisfied. I was following a 1500 calorie diet and since I live on a farm I was excercising every day. Definatly did not have the success I had hoped for.

No weight lose ,,bummer deal maybe should of bought more but nothing,,,,u have to buy a lot to male it work I guess.

The only things that this pills made me was a greasy hair i dont know why but i stop talking then because it was disgusting
