Melnor 4151-6 Sweeper Lawn and Garden Sprayer Nozzles

Purchased for cleaning a pool filter and it works great. Have also used it to clean off my driveway and it works good for that use also.

I'm writing a 5-star review for a product that needs "fixing" because in our decades of gardening, my wife and I have never found a more useful and enjoyable to use hose-end attachment.HandleAs many reviews mention, the press-fit outer handle falls off easily. The lever underneath can still be used but the sharp edges aren't comfortable. The yellow handle rotates 90 degrees and some reviews incorrectly say it's either on or off (non-adjustable). Actually, it can be rotated to an "in-between" setting that, with the ball-valve partially open, produces coarse, heavy droplets going out about ten feet in a narrow "cone". I bought this to hose off my lawn tools after use. It is so much better that the $15 - 20 dollar ones I have purchased from local stores. It (obviously) does not compare to my gas power washer, but for everything that does not need power washing, this little nozzle does wonders.I barely break out the power washer anymore, as this does such a great job at most tasks.At wide open, since it concentrates the water to a single point (almost) it does an awesome job of knocking off debris from tools etc.Few negative points:At wide open, since it concentrates the water to a single point (almost), it does require fanning the water by hand a bit to "sweep" concrete pads (as opposed to a power washer with fan nozzles).The soft cover on the nozzle "handle" slides off sometimes, not an issue really, but found it annoying so I silicone glued it on.It does require two hands to operate the nozzle reliably, unlike the trigger style nozzles.Overall it is a great little nozzle, can't beat the price either!

It worked great. Not as powerful as it could be, but it will move the leaves. It won't power wash. The nob thing is not working, it's been one year. Pulled the hose out this year and it will barely turn. Pity, I really liked this because the spray when turned up goes about 30 feet.

I've had a variety of nozzles over the years and few lasted very long. All I need most of the time is a steadt, strong stream of water to rinse things. This seemed cheap and simple and so far it's worked out. Too new to claim longevity but its so simple I expect it'll last and even if it doesn't at's a cheap wear part.And, while it is intended to provide a jet stream you can feather the knob to get more of a spray. You can't get a shower to water plants but that's not what this is for.Farewell clunky trigger nozzles!

I use this for general clean up on the house walls and driveway.Also works great to flush out the drain pipe for my air conditioners.

I love this little nozzle. Works as well as the large, bulky ones.
