Excellent Under-Desk Elliptical for home office workers that need some activity!
I recently purchased the FlexStride Plus under-desk elliptical for myself to use and it has been a game-changer for my daily routine so far. I am a home office based employee at my company and I spend long hours at my desk. I really needed a way to stay active without disrupting my workflow, and this little machine delivers perfectly. I was skeptical at first but I have been using it every day. What I Love:✔ Smooth & Quiet Operation – The motion is seamless, and it’s whisper-quiet, so I can use it during meetings or while working without distractions. I have a lot of Zoom and Teams calls every day and I can't do anything that will be disruptive like lifting weights or being on a treadmill.✔ Compact & Sturdy Design – It fits perfectly under my desk without taking up too much space, and it feels well-built. I like the blue color and how stable it is.✔ Adjustable Resistance – I love that I can change the resistance to vary my workout intensity. Whether I want a light activity or a bit of a challenge, it adapts to my needs.✔ Easy to Use – It took minutes to set up, and the display tracks my progress, which keeps me motivated. There is also some recommended apps that track progress which I like.✔ Great for Circulation & Movement – I feel less stiffness and fatigue at the end of the day, and it’s helped me stay more active without even thinking about it! It have noticed I am getting a little more limber in my knees, ankles and hips with daily activity.Final ThoughtsIf you have a sedentary job or just want an easy way to keep moving throughout the day, the FlexStride Plus is a fantastic investment. It’s well-made, effective, and super convenient. I Highly recommend the product for its price, ease of use, and quality. There are cheaper and more expensive products. This hits a nice middle point.

Great machine-read for important pointers
I looked into various different under the desk elliptical machines including Sunny and Cubii , and am very happy with the LifePro flexstride. I bought it for my parents who are in their 80s and increasingly sedentary. The machine is quiet, very easy to use, easy to assemble, and both are very happy with it. A few notes :1. The flexstride came with the screws, washers and nuts already in place. They had to be removed and then reassembled with the appropriate parts put in place. Initially, I thought they were missing from the package because they were not in the hardware container2. The screws can only be screwed on by hand partway. You have to use the wrench to hold the nut in place and the Allen wrench to turn the screw to fasten them snuggly3. The flexstride does NOT come with a mat, coasters for under a chair, or arm bands4. The handle for carrying the machine is extremely helpful5. The flexstride does not slide at all on a rug or carpet6. The flexstride is 25 pounds, which is lighter than the flexstride pro (30 pounds)7. There is some mild clicking when cycling that comes and goes, but it does not bother me (could be bothersome in a quiet workplace)8. The resistance is minimal even on the highest setting. So it’s not great for a true strengthening workout for someone younger, but it’s a perfect low resistance workout for someone older to keep circulation going, to get a light cardio workout , and to get light strengthening, mostly of the quads9. The machine does not require electricity, which makes it easily portable and without wires to trip overOverall, I’m really happy with this purchase and glad I got it!

Actually does get your heart rate up, but maybe buy a non-slip mat to go under it.
Pros: It shipped fast(the second time around), it was easy to set up, it feels decently heavy, the resistance is really good, and I genuinely get my heart rate up from using it, which I wasn't expecting. I also don't have any problems with banging my legs on the under side of the desk, but I am only 5'3. I suspect if you're 5'10 or taller, you may have issues. I have it strapped (it comes with a strap) to my office chair, on wheels, the wheels do not lock and the bike still works well enough for a workout.Cons: The bike has a hard time not slipping and sliding left to right as you're pedaling. I plan on getting a non-slip mat to go under it, but I feel like if it needs one, it should have came with one in the first place. It comes with an 'exercise mat' which is very short, clearly meant to go under the bike since it's only the length of the bike and not a full length exercise mat. It does not work at all under it, slips even more on the mat than without it, it's just supposed to protect your floors. If it was non-slip, it could do both. You can't use the resistance bands and the bike at the same time, they get in the way of the pedals...so what's the point? They sent me the wrong item first and I had to return that item, then re-order the bike, and by then it had gone up in price by $30 and I'm still salty about that.Tips: I had really bad slipping and sliding left to right until I read about 'how' to use an exercise bike, basically to point your toes forward, which did help with the left to right slipping.

Amending my original review—very well pleased at this point. .
Waiting since May 1o for nuts and bolts to assemble the device. Poor upport respose wanted me to jeans screenshots and prove my purchase! Supposed to get the missing items next week. The device itself is built well but I won’t know how it works until I can put it together.THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN VERY CONCERNED ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND HAS MADE CONTACT MANY TIMES TO TRY TO MAKE THINGS BETTER. I AM WELL SATISFIED THAT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIVE TO ANYONE AND THAT THIS MACHINE IS WELL WORTH PURCHASING. I USE IT EVERY DAY. AND THANK YOU, LIFE PRO, FOR ALL OF YOU R ATTENTIVENESS TO MY ISSUES.

Burn some calories watching TV
Easy to assemble. Quality parts and looks like it will last. Great to use while watching TV in the evenings and doesn't distract from the show. Really like this, also has a band to connect it to the chair so that it doesn't slide. Very pleased with this product.
