I used this on my old sony A33 and it worked great. The trick is to use two of the smallest drops on the edge of the cleaning swabs on the center thirds so it will absorb across the edge. As you wipe the sensor you should see the fluid evaporate immediately. If its not then you're way over saturating it. After reading some of the reviews, I question people's qualification when they claim to be a "professional" and they're having issues with this. A little bit of fluid goes a long way and should last you as long as you have the camera. After cleaning ,take a picture of a bright white back ground with a high aperture number like F20 or higher. Go to white screen dot org. then look at your pictures for dark spots.

Works exactly as advertised. Came with detailed instructions and enough supplies to keep the sensor clean for years probably. I followed the instructions exactly and my sensor was looking brand new and dust free!

Inexpensive but effective sensor cleaner. Only knock is that it doesn’t quite fit the entire sensor.

I have a Sony Alpha camera and I use it a lot. I'm not a professional by any means, but I shoot a lot of pictures and video for a youtube channel and family stuff.During the last year and a half, I noticed my pictures and video started to display some spots. It got worse over time, and it came to the point that I had to spend quite some time editing every single shot to get rid of these spots.After inspecting the camera, I realized the spots were on the sensor. This is a mirrorless camera.I contacted the local Sony repair shop to get the sensor cleaned, but they told me they were extremely busy and it would probably take them a couple of weeks to give me back my camera.I was very hesitant to clean the sensor myself since I have heard the horror stories from DIY sensor cleaning at home.I did a little research, saw several youtube tutorials and got the courage up to do the cleaning myself.I got this sensor cleaning kit. The instructions on the package were basically identical to what I had seen on youtube. Took me less than a minute to clean the sensor.The results were spectacular.I am attaching the before picture with several arrows pointing to the spots and another one after the cleaning which I shot pointing to a wall at my house.There is still a faint spot on the top left, but I think that one is on the lens, since after the cleaning the sensor became spotless.I definitely recommend this cleaning kit.
