Great addition to their bands!
I have been using a full set of Iron Infidel bands for almost a year now and I absolutely love them and the results I have achieved using them. I was excited when they announced their handles and door anchor. I have used them for a couple of workouts so far and they are a great addition to my arsenal. The door anchor is far better quality than others I have tried. The grips are comfortable and work well with a quick girth hitch to attach them. I am not sure it is recommended or not, but I also tried both the door anchor and the handles with a real climbing carabiner to attach them and it worked great.These grips make it possible to use the bands comfortably without gloves and I love them.

Solid material, small hand grips
Solid material. Hand grips are a bit small for those of us with big hands. The strap will rub against hands and after several reps you’ll have raw hands, but part of the process.
