The gummies have a smooth texture but a little more sticky on my teeth and the size of the gummy is perfect with no difficulty swallowing; being gluten free, peanut free, and dairy free is an added bonus.This is not a product that you have to wait weeks for benefits, the benefits happened within 30-60 minutes. I took the suggested serving of 2 gummies and it was a bit much relaxed feeling for this 6 foot/235 pound man so the next day I only took 1 and it was perfect.If you are needing to "breath easy" I highly suggest this product.
