Works Great.
I wish I had discovered this years ago. This is a stool softener but it makes it so much easier to go. I don't think it's a diuretic. I put a capful in a cup of tea every morning and have been very pleased with the results. They say it's flavorless, but I think it makes my tea a wee bit sweeter. I've been taking it for a few months. No side effects at all.

If you put a cap full in your hot coffee, it is a very gentle laxative without urgency! It has no flavor and dissolves well in hot coffee!
