my favorite forever
I have different colors of toners for my hair in my bathroom, but this is my favorite. My hair is dyed platinum blonde and it leaves my hair like it just came out of the salon. When it gets a little oxidized, I tone it with a little shampoo and it leaves it platinum again and shiny. I recommend it.

Best stuff out there. Its not a conditioner, its a mask that you leave in after conditioning then rinse out, or mix it w/ your conditioner. Its Black, but does not stain anything. Thrilled.
