Arrived late and missing parts.
The actual balloon target is ok. However the cord they provide to hang it with is merely cheap ribbon. The balloons that they included are very thin and pop before you can get them filled. Also, the order did not include the rubber bands used to seal the balloons or the filler tubes.

There is no way to fill them with water. No instructions, the "tube" is useless
