Works great, didnt' know what were missing. We had a star SP200 that we had used just about until its death. Fast shipping. The only bad thing I can say is I can't get the cutter to work with our software. No fault of the printer though, the cutter does work. It's a coding issue with the software. Maybe when I upgrade the software (I know) the cutter will work.

My brand new receipt printer had a bad cable and it would quit working, and also cause the cash drawer to quit working several times per day. Had to call a computer tech to diagnose problem and buy a new cable to fix it.

This receipt printer has probably been the single best capital investment I've made in my small business. It just works. Day in day out. If there is ever a hiccup, all I've ever had to do is unplug the USB cable from the computer and plug it back in. I've never had a printer of any type be as dependable as this printer.
