I received the book having a big oil stain on the back and the front, extending to the book pages that stuck to the cover pages; although I ordered a new book!I am totally upset as both CDs are not working properly; some tracks are not working at all, having been stained in oil that can't be cleaned, although I ordered them new.

Both CDs of the book are not working although it is a listening book and both CDs are inevitable to use the book .I am really disappointed with receiving the book. I need urgently a replacement or at least provide me with new working CDs as soon as possible !!
