Works like it should and is a lot steadier then my other stuff. I will be buying this again. What is great I got the large roll and let me tell you I can cover my Brisket now without worrying on leakage from putting to small ones out. Works great Will be buying again. Hey guys so I know when it comes to butcher paper you don't need to buy the expensive stuff the Walmart brand works just fine but as far as the smoking pink butcher paper I just love this stuff you can buy it in The wider roll it comes in a long roll so I have tons of it to last me forever pretty much so yes great product happy with it no complaints if you got the money just spend it on some smoking pink it's better than going to Walmart and buying their small little tiny rolls and yeah great product.

This butcher paper is a game changer. I have not ever had so much juice after resting the brisket, before slicing. The paper doesn’t rip or tear even with lots of juice locked in while resting.

Mostly I bought just to use for when I smoke brisket and it hasn't let me down!

Quality is good, serrated strip makes for easy tear off and the box itself closes back up nicely for storage.

Love the paper! more than enough to get me through a few seasons! The box it comes in is pretty sturdy and solid so its keeping the paper in good shape when not being used! If I ever finish this roll i will for sure rebuy!

We use this in our smoker and it has made such a difference in the quality of our end result of our meat. Will never use aluminum foil again.

Great quality product for the value. Worked great on my 15lb. brisket and it looked like what the pros use and great retention of liquid with tender products. Try it and you will not be dissapointed.

What I like the most is the fact that the paper is in a dispenser. Hello, this is a lot handier. Full 24" width is a great feature. Thickness is average; would have liked it a bit thicker. Would have paid the same money for thicker and less length. Will wrap 2 or 3 layers; most smoke aficionados recommend this anyway.

For wrapping ribs after smoking this works great. Smoke them for 3 hrs and wrap them in this paper for another 2 hours at 250 F
