My Wii has been broken for years, decided on a whim to replace the drive and it worked again perfectly! Can’t believe it took so long to get around to.BE WARNED!! The screwdriver provided isn’t enough to open a Wii up. They have security tri wing screws, you probably won’t have one lying around the house. You’ll likely have to purchase a screw kit.

A direct replacement for the original Wii drive and less than half the price of the others listed.Works perfectly and looks identical to the original. No problems fitting but you will need a security bit screwdriver to take out some of the Wii security screws. Takes about 30 mins to fit.Don't mess about trying to change the laser when you can change the whole drive for the same price.My daughter is very happy the Wii system is working again.
