This is a fantastic value for money buy, loads of space and many pockets and pouches for utility.I am extremely pleased with the build quality considering the low price point - my only small complaint is the shoulder straps have very little padding - but this is to be expected considering the price.

Excellent bag with loads of handy pockets. Bought to carry my kit for doing energy assessments and easily fits it all with extra space.Great price and quality and cool feature having the charging port on the outside.

Bought this for a foreign business trip. Looks good, very practical lots of pockets and storage space and the bottle holders on both sides of the rucksack are really useful for long days Out.Having owned it for a few months now and used daily, the shoulder straps have lost their shape and are now very uncomfortable to carry so I shall be looking for a better quality model, but for the money, this served a purpose

I bought this to replace my old bag that had seen better days and it is unbelievable how many pockets there are! I keep losing things because I have forgotten which pocket I put them in!The quality of the bag seems very good. I often carry heavy things in it as well as fill it out with things like my coat, and it feels like it is going to last a long time. The zips feel strong and sturdy and are easy to operate.The two mesh pockets on the outside are larger than they look, but also have a tight-ish elastic ring around the top so it can hold quite big drinks cups firmly.I haven't used the USB and probably never will so cannot comment on how it works, as others seem to have had problems with it but I can't see how; it is simply a USB A Male to USB A Female, so not a lot that can go wrong with it.My only negative on this is that there are two zips on some but only one on others. I like to have all my zips set to the top, but with this I have to remember are they at the top, left or right all the time; only a minor gripe that I am sure I will get used to hence the 5 stars!

This is my daily back pack for work, often carried two laptops, easily takes the weight. I've had it a while now and there are no signs of wear and tear and it does get chucked about (without the laptop in!)

Only had a it a few days but its lightweight still holds my lunch box, laptop, paperwork, 2phones , charger and cables everything else that i need plus two drinks & much more to boot. So far soo good.

I have used this now on two separate trips from the UK to the US. Inside I was carrying two laptops in their respective cases (15 inch MacBook Pro and 17 inch MSI gaming laptop), plus all their peripherals without any issue. The zips, padding, straps all feel secure and well built. Despite the fact that I was carrying a lot of weight on my back, the backpack was comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bit more space in their backpack while travelling and to anyone who has a 17-inch laptop (those things are beasts).Edit October 16, 2023: Updating as I have been using this constantly in the 4 months since my last review. You can honestly stuff this bag completely full and it holds up. It feels really sturdy, I'm not worried about my items being damaged. It has so many useful compartments and pockets - there is even a small one in the front where I personally like to store a pen for easy access while travelling. Really could not recommend this bag more!

Backpack is perfect and good size for a chunky gaming laptop, however, the laptop compartment can unzip fully, so sometimes, with a heavy laptop, the entire back section can just unzip itself, which is awkward.
