Quality is good but the product packaging is not great

This is a quality product. Functions as advt. I need only 1 inch of the roll so I cut it in half through the center

Not thick enough
The tape is wide (2"). However it isn't as thick as the ones I used to get locally. If not thick, when used as straps for bags, these tend to form spirals.
