Superb content and photography. Inspiring recipes and clear instructions. Would make a phenominal gift or like myself for the family to enjoy.

This book made me want to bake, page after page.The pictures were lovely, and the ingredients and instructions could not be clearer.I bought it for my granddaughter, a keen baker. Having said that I would never ever buy another cookery book, I find I really want this one!

This is a broad spectrum excellent baking book - useful for all sorts of baking and will be a standby in years to come!

I have tried a couple of recipes and they have been lovely. Given me my baking mojo back. Nicely presented, easy to read and understand. I haven't stopped stroking it yet :)

Got very excited to see this book and hadvto have it, but the truth is I found it very underwhelming. Same old things, nothing really new, NT you can snd have done better
