A Gift InsideOrganic D'anjou Pears Ultimate Fruit Gift,, ()

This was a holiday gift, received on time. The recipient is particular about eating organic, but disappointed that the fruit presentation said nothing about being organic. This item was selected because the fruit was to be organic. According to the recipient, nothing on the box or labels represented the fruit as organic. Was it organic or not?

There is no indication these are organic. When I order organic item, most likely each item has organic sticker or the box is organic indication/USDA organic. I cannot tell that this is actually organic. It's important to tell they are organic, but I cannot tell. Also there is no indication where these pears came from. So, I won't ever order this again.

There were no stickers on fruit and when I was unwrapped it had a sticker and was not organic. This was a gift and the people are very seneitive to it being organic. Marie Slauson voiced a complaint and the company said that it was going to give a refund but has not since.

The oranges were beautiful and delicious, as were the pears. The apples were pretty on the outside but at the very end of their cycle and a bit dry with tough skin. The avocado had brown dots on the inside throughout, I was afraid to eat it. The grapefruit was a no go,… alligator type skin and old. I will say the presentation was good however, the ribbon was a nice touch. I’m glad I tried it first before gifting. If there was a choice to only select oranges and pears, that would definitely be the way to go based on my experience.

I sent this gift box of fruit to a family member a few days ago. Upon its arrival, she sent me pictures of fruit that had already gone bad. A disappointment and a waste of money - I do not recommend.

The recipient loved the fruit box. She said the fruit was very fresh .My only complaint is that the website didn’t allow me to include my name with the gift.

Not only did Grandma get to try her first ever Kiwi on her 80th birthday, but she was so impressed by how fresh every thing was and how nicely packaged. It made her day very special.
