been using this pen for 2 years now .

The refill fits my Pilot Hi-Tecpoint V5 RT. I love the pen, it writes smoothly, and it's relatively thin compared to other gel pens.

Literally, hands down the BEST pens I have ever used! I am a nurse and do TONS of charting everyday. I formerly reviewed and LOVED the Pilot G2's claiming those to be the best. But I found one of these pens laying around at work and decided to buy my own after trying. The ink doesn't run, it writes smooth, and the lines are thin, but VERY bold and clear. I ran out of ink on my first one and it didn't skip, but was slowly fading allowing me to use it until the end. The ink lasts very long in these pens as well, even better than the G2. I have small, beefy hands and find this pen slightly more comfortable than the G2.By the way, the Pilot Precise is also known as the Pilot Hi-Tecpoint. They are identical pens. After much research I found this out.BUY THIS NOOOOOOWWWW!!!!

these pens write a fine line, and are not too inky which is surprising for a rollerball pen. it did not bleed through normal printing paper. writes smooth enough for a needle point, not as smooth as a pentel energel but not scratchy at all. I docked one star because i wanted to buy the full colour set, as advertised on amazon but could not find it, and so settled for this pack of 7. The burgundy colour is gorgeous, but wish they had the full set. If these 7 colours are all you're looking for then these pens are not a bad choice at all.EDIT: full set of colors is now available on Amazon, hurrah. but i would at most raise my score to 4.5 if I could.

I use this for charting as a nurse. One of the best pens I've used--better than muji for those in the loop/trend.It's very smooth with no scratching, doesn't smudge, and has very clear/bold lines while still looking neat.I lent one to my boyfriend to who is also a nurse to try it out and he loved it....so he's keeping it! XD good thing I ordered 12!Also, as someone who loves to draw as a hobby and has gone through many brands of pencils (mechanical, color, soft pastels) and pens (for outlining lines/drawings) I'd say these are solid and quality tools from that standpoint as well. I love them as an artist too <3 (and as a note taker while I go back for my masters hehe)

I love these pens, I wish I ordered all black though because most of the colours in the multipack don't really work for professional medical charting which is what I use them for but i'm glad i tried them. Everyone always tries to steal this pen from me! I love it too much I never feel back asking for it back. Writes super fine, doesn't smudge.
