We have had our Waterpik for quite a few years. The water tube finally broke from normal wear and tear. I bought this replacement assembly, which appears to be exactly like the original. Removal of the old assembly was as simple as the removal of two screws and pull the old assembly out. Assembly was simply to shove in the new assembly and replace the two screws. Easy peasy. It works perfectly now. Highly recommend.

Very easy to re install. Just be careful not to lose the little flow control. Very small and easily lost!!

This worked very well for a year. Easy to install, Unfortunately this only lasted 11 months. The button to temporarily stop the waterflow got permanent stuck.. May just buy a handheld waterpik.

The replacement was easy, two screws, took about 3 minutes to open the new package, remove broken water line and screw in the new replacement. It fit as it should. I cannot comment accurately about durability as it is brand new. The old line broke from normal use. To have to replace the head attachment seems excessive. Should be able to replace just the water line. I suppose not profitable enough for the company.

The old one developed a leak so a replacement was required in lieu of buying a whole new device. This one works and it fit just right. It does take a little getting used to. The original wand had an on/off switch on the wand, this one has a spring loaded button. When you turn the device on (activate the pump) the wand squirts the water unless the wand button is held down, release the button to do the irrigation. It's OK once you get used to it.

The wand for this flosser takes a beating and is one of the components that needs to be replaced. This one works very well. It may be more durable because the switch is unique and different from the original. This one is open by default, which gets some getting used to because it squirts water unless you press the button. The pressed button is "off" and the released button is "on". Since most of the time the flow is on, this switch should last long.Well, after a few months, I have reduced the 5 stars to 3. It just didn't last. The button is jamming in the depressed position. I need to change it again, because it is not working after only a few months.

It was a perfect fit and should last for several years as the original did.I took one star off on the "Value for money" category only because I think it is wasteful to have to replace the whole piece, handle and all, when it could be made in such a way as to require hose replacement only.

The plastic connector to the screws breaks off quickly.
