Very effective product. Great packaging and double sealed for safety. Great formulation. But haven't been taking long. Will review again once I have used for a more sufficient amount of time.

I love a good cleanse. Milk Thistle is a supplement I have always taken for my liver. This supplement by Herbal Gist is a complete cleanse for your liver. Not only does it contain the Milk Thistle that I already take, it also contains Artichoke Leaf Extract, Dandelion Leaf Extract, Milk Thistle Seed Extract and Proteolytic Enzymes. These all natural ingredients are combined to give your liver a gently cleanse over 20 days. I have suspended taking my Milk Thistle for now and have started on this cleanse. Directions are to take 3 capsules daily preferably with a meal. I am taking all 3 at once since it does not specify to take separately. The gel capsules are easy to swallow and did not hurt my stomach in any way. It does contain egg in case you might be allergic. The product is made in the USA and is an advanced cleansing formula. I think this is a great idea and look forward to the end of this cleanse. I will continue taking this product for cleansing every 6 months or so.
