great product. I have used this particular product for almost a year, take it as directed, and did lose about 8 pounds. I did not have a lot to lose but it works, and let me say that is also helps one maintain the weight loss. I have remained the same weight, up and down a pound or two depending how "bad" I eat, but I realized that taking Gardenia Cambodia, this particular make, helps one maintain the their desired weight. Have not had any side effects from it either.

The company is great and they send several e-mails to you when purchasing this product regarding the healthy ways to take it and the diet you should follow along with the Garcinia Cambodia.The first two weeks of taking this product twenty minutes before my three larest daily meals were great. I saw results right away. However, in the last four weeks I've taken it I lost the increased energy and weight loss effects.I am a 5'9'' female. Great product. I don't see much of a difference between this one and their 60% one but it does still work just the same.

Helps to lower blood sugar.
Helped to lower blood pressure. When I started using this product with Forskolinmy blood sugar dropped 23 points. Of course exercising while taking these supplements is the key.
