I purchased a package that was supposed to include 9 bags. Package included 7. Missing Iron Man and Captain America. Disappointed, but glad to have received something unlike some of the other reviews.

I liked the versatility of action hero's. Disliked the lack of adjustment on straps. Not for 3yr old or 20 month olds.
