The cover fits perfectly for the tablet I purchased it for. It is sturdy and should protect the tablet even if it is dropped. This has not happened yet. I have only had it a few months. The only thing that we dislike is that it comes with a protection shield for the glass on the tablet, but it is not easy to apply as there are too many air bubbles when trying to put it on. We did not use it. The colors are also true to photos so if you purchase the blue one it is really that blue. i would recommend this for anyone that wants a cover for their tablet that will protect it. The stand comes in handy also.

I wasn't expecting this good a case for my tablet at this price, but here we are.The tablet gets nestled snugly inside a sturdy plastic frame hugged by silicone that snaps together firmly in place. Compared to another case I've tried for about double this one's price, this case has a LOT more protection, especially at the corners where a drop with just the right impact could result in a hairline crack in your screen (voice of experience, RIP my Kindle Fire 8.9" screen which suffered this fate in Amazon's own $60+ slim leather case with virtually no such protection).Comfortable to hold, it thickens the mass of the tablet quite a bit so that it's easier to grip.The only issues I have are that the stand only props the tablet up lengthwise (not a big deal), and the case's opening for the USB plug could be a bit wider (or, alternatively, the Amazon Basics USB cable's micro USB end could be shaved down a few millimeters; I have to either use a slimmer cable or partially disassemble the case to plug it in on the rare occasion I want to copy files by wire from my PC).Overall proving to be a really solid buy so far.

I have grandchildren so did a lot of research on the right protector for my 9.6in tablet, and chose this one.I wanted both fall protection and a screen protector, this has both. And a built in stand.And it looks good as well.It was difficult to snap together (and even harder to open back up, darn near tore a finger nail off!) but that's ok, I wouldn't want one so easy I'd worry about it falling apart.But that does bring up one of the 2 problems I have with this; no access to the SD card without taking it all apart again.The other problem has been mentioned by other reviewers; the difficulty of using the buttons, especially the power button. You have to press it so hard, so far in, and hold it for so long me wife says it actually hurts her thumb and finger.This is is reason I am taking off one star, the SD card access, while irritating, I can live with.But both of these issues are easily fixed with a design change, and I know the manufacturer listens to their customers so, when they update it, I'll buy the new model.Because, overall, it's amount the best I could find and I like it.

No problem with the case works good for what I use it for. The problem that I have is with your customer service department. I called to to inquire about my purchase and couldn't understand a word that he was saying. This went on for about 10 or 15 minutes with out any success so I hung up and called back.The second guy that I talked to my have been the first guy. I don't know. But I could understand him either. so after about 10 minutes talking to him he hung up on me Instead of transferring me to someone who could help me at witch point i was ready to cancel my hole order. But I decided to give them one more chance and on the third call I reached a nice young lady who was able to help me. SHE SAVED THE DAY AND YOUR ORDER!!! So in short if you are going to have people answering phones please make sure that they can speak or understand English. Thank you

I am so glad I chose this product. It is durable and sturdy. I got it quickly and put my Nook in it. Apparently my children thought it should be tested as they grabbed it and started fighting for it and it dropped on the floor. Let me tell you how there wasn't even a scratch on it! The cover and the rubber protector help cushion it. I definitely recommend this product!

Great looking case the side buttons not working too well, I'll see if I can reinstall it mabey I can line it up better. Unless you're great at installing plastic screen guards without bubbles I would suggest you order a glass one, I just did. I doubt if you can purchase a better looking case especially at this price point. Update 12/11/17 I had to take the case off to install a supershieldz glass screen protector and tried to align the case with the buttons better but had no luck. I'm still pleased with the case. The button issue is a slight inconvenience, at least to me.

I bought the Tab E for my 7 yr old son and of course I needed a case that would be able to handle accidental falls. 1st impression of the case was "it stinks" literally it had an odor that went away after about 2 days. The tablet fits but you have to press really hard to power on/off the tablet with the case on. I made sure to match the tablet with the proper case so I'm thinking just a minor defect. Other than that the case is great. A soft rubber like material (blue cover) covers the tablet before the hard case is applied. Works well for me.

I have this around my tablet for when I travel with planes have no entertainment it has taken a beating and my tablet is very much in tack.

Luckily I have patience to install these things. Others may have some difficulty. But once it’s on your good to go. Otherwise it’s great quality and one of the best cases I’ve gotten. Very sturdy.*UPDATE*Although this product is sturdy and good quality, my son hates it because he can’t plug in his head phones in the aux port. He has to completely remove the entire case to access it. So basically this is now useless.
