If you are looking for team building activities, this is the best resource I have found! I teach 9th grade students and in one of my courses, we incorporate a lot of team building exercises. The activities in this book are straight forward and easy to implement. Most exercises require no materials or just a pen/paper.The video links are also very helpful. Sometimes I show the videos to students instead of explaining the activity because it gives them a visual for what we will be doing.In all honesty, I debated buying this book since the activity videos are on YouTube. However, I am glad I decided to make the purchase. The book gives variations and processing questions for each activity as well as explanations about why and when you should use each activity.

Great as a library of activities! The videos found on Youtube help me visualize how to run it and adapt the activity. Definitely be part of my agile library at work.

I highly recommend this book! There are so many kinds of team building games and it is a great addition to my daily practice as a teacher in the performing arts. The exercises are well explained and the videos are helpful. Very valuable for people who work with groups of people. 10/10 would recommend.

This book contains so many different team activities, games, energizers and communication exercises it is an asset for life. Absolutely worth the purchase and as many other reviews already mention, the videos are engaging and highly appreciated.

It's a book that literally describes team-building exercises. However it doesn't offer any context around what the exercises are intended to do. Without that leadership context, it's just a long collection of exercises.
