Great book and an awesome addition to my library. I've used one of the patterns (a little modified for the blade I had) which made things much easier and the details and instructions were easy to follow and use, as well as they allowed for modification when called for. I would recommend this book for anyone who wants helpful instruction and nice easy to use patterns. Can't wait to get the next in the series.

Everything it says it is and more. Bought all three based on the first volume and no regrets for sure. Excellent in all respects.

Good book, however this is part of a 3 volume set. If you are new to leather working and sheath making in particular you should get all three volumes

Great little book for a novice like me . Clear explanations and step by step approach to carrying out the relevant tasks . good clear pictures . would recommend this book for those wishing to make leather sheaths and who have no prior knowledge in leather work . Although the author lists all the tools you will need for each project I would say that there should have been more information regarding the tools but that is me being picky . look forward to reading volume 1 and 3 when I get them .
