The media could not be loaded.  Overall its a good little vise was a bit disappointing that the jaws have chipped allready. The locking device for the rotating part could do with being a bit tighter

Ideal as a small vise for the workbench of my shed. Feels sturdy, looks good and should cope easily with the simple tasks I’m liable to use it for.No need to file down any surfaces on mine, unlike some reviews. Slip-on jaw covers protect the workpiece. Two more plastic fittings protect the bench. All I did on receipt was lightly oil the screw threads and swivel joint to help protect from corrosion in the possible slightly damp conditions of the shed.Treat this vise correctly - as manufacturer recommends - and don’t deliberately overstress it and it should prove to be an excellent, good value purchase.

Easy to use

The vice itself is great but the rubber protective covers are useless, they are too big and not for for purpose meaning they fall off easily and constantly have to be re-positioned which is annoying.

I was after a small vice in which to tighten my valve adaptor for my pcp air rifle. I know it sounds like using a sledgehammer to break a nut but it was small and compact and sits nicely on my computer desk and has done a job save using pliers and spanner.Sturdy in construction and simple to use.

I have a standard vice in the garage, but wanted something for indoors. After looking at all the others on offer, i plumped for this. It’s nice and weighty, and all the screw threads work fine. Please note, you have to replace the pressure on the M8 nut on the swivel for it to swing, but once done it’s fine. I like that you get rubber jaws for the vice, and they are rather sharp, probably dressing the edge with a file will help. I have used it already twice, and it works fine. I would strike it with. A hammer too hard, as it appears cast, but for general work its fine, and as the price is well reasonable cant complain really. There are cheaper versions out there, but you get a nice bit of kit for not too much money.

i thought this product was very good value and well made andideal for a small work shop or shed ,plus you got prtective pads with it for clapping on most sort of benches etc a very good product

I couldn't have found a better vise for my crafts. I work with aluminium and cut two pieces of wood to fit in the vice to give it more depth for larger pieces to bend. Good price and very well made.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how solid for a portable vice this is. I have another portable one nowhere near as solid but it can be used for horizontal clamping so I'll have it for that but this one will handle everything else I'll need for a quick solid vise wherever I am!
