Metal for springs
I am learning gunsmithing and have bought several sizes of spring steel. K+S is very reliable and have a good selection!

Softer than music wire should be
This wire is fairly soft and very easy to bend. Flexes with very light pressure. Will have to temper it before I can use it for control wires even for a park flyer. I have not had these issues with K&W wires before.

Tortoise switch machine help
Purchased these on a recommendation of replacing the actuation wires in Tortoise switch machines (model railroading switch machines). Have not tried them yet but...they came fast, straing, and wire-y....what more could you ask for?

not very stiff
These are quite flexible. I was planning on using them for servo connecting rods and they are too flexible for lengths over a few inches.

Item was exactly as described - and excellent - but the advert has the WRONG IMAGE!

Disappointing
Product was not delivered as pictured. Wire was coiled inside of a plastic bag. I specifically ordered this because I wanted straight wire.
