This is NOT a heavy duty piece of equipment. Very unstable. Anyone over 160lbs using the dip feature will tip over. Easy to assemble. Pics on Amazon make it look "industrial" - NOT AT ALL. Trying to figure out how to return it. Probably have to sell it.

I know some reviewers are claiming this is study. Well, it won't break or fall over from regular use, but it is not sturdy. It wobbles and shakes during both pull ups and dips. The metal tubing is also a little too narrow for a comfortable grip (I have medium sized hands) on the bars. Tubing that is about 1/2" wider would make it easier (and less painful) to hold on to.It's not that hard to put together if you have some experience putting stuff together. If not, then this might seem a little overwhelming. It took me about 45 minutes.

I was looking to get a power tower for a long time but this quarantine period is one that actually forced me to get this.* This is a good build and stable on a rubber mat or concrete floor. It comes with a rubber grip for the base. I am using this in basement so it is good. For a heavy carpet floor, it may not be that stable.* The whole setup is 30-40 mins if you doing alone. With another hand in setup it will be quick.* The whole tower is stable. I am 180lbs and doing dips, crunches, pull-ups and push-ups on this mostly and not find any issue. You can not compare this with Gym power towers as they are almost 10 times the cost of this and designed for heavier use and installed differently.* Comes with 2 resistance ropes for stretch exercise. Resistance for those is good.** Overall a good power tower for home use.

We bought this for our teenage son so that he could do exercises with his own body weight (dips, pull ups, chin ups, etc.) along with bench press. It is a great value, and he uses it daily. The only problem he has with it is that the bars that hold the barbell are situated where he holds the barbell. On other bench press equipment they are much wider.

Totally disappointed this doesn’t have the red coloring like pictured. Paid a little extra for this one versus others thinking I was getting a red and black set. Completely misleading.It’s okay as far as parts and sturdiness. Takes time to put together. Lots of parts. Tbh that should be expected.1 star for the fade advertisement and for not wanting to deal with returning and waiting for a new one since most of these are sold out due to COVID.

Easy to assemble, however, one of the screws that hold the bench is too short, I am only able to use one screw on the bench.Folding or unfolding the bench is a hassle. The screws and pins have to be removed and replaced each time.

Not worth the money very small not very sturdy I hit my legs on back brace when doing leg lifts. The arm pads are to far back as well
