Came in perfect condition. No scratches or rips. I bought it for my 10 year old to lounge so it was a perfect size. it is very low to the ground. I wouldn’t recommend it as a living room couch but good for a small space in a bedroom, game room, or even a garage. Put it together in about 20 minutes using a drill.

This thing is great. Easy to assemble and adjust. Comfortable as can beand no worries about clean up. I bought the faux leather one and just love it. Great investment for your personal use or for company coming to visit.

I mean I sit on it ok, I'm 5ft tall. We got this for our grandkids to sit in the playroom and it will serve it's purpose. I hang off stretching across it. Sits way low to the ground. But if you are looking for an affordable futon for your little ones, this is it. I took one star away because there is a plastic piece in the middle that is destined to break, so I would not rough house on it either.

Futon isn’t bad, was easy to assemble. Seems sturdy. Not comfortable to lay on. Sits about 4 inches from the floor and would be amazing in the 7 dwarfs’ cottage or a child’s room. The top of the back comes to mid thigh maybe. Definitely not big enough for teenage boys and if you are over 50 you might have a hard time getting off of it as it is so low to the floor. Return fee is $79 so if you don’t like it you are better off trying to sell online.

This couch is a bit messy to construct and its design does not at all make a lot of sense. The package of hardware was split open so hardware and screws were flying everywhere around the boxes, which is a pretty hazardous thing considering a lot of the screws are pretty sharp and easy to step on. The tools provided to do the job were very flimsy and particularly the center console piece containing the cup holders also very hard to install. Not only was that piece deformed due to the wood splitting because of the bad choice of materials, but also its design limits the constructor heavily when it comes to installing the piece. Two of the pillows provided, which are the supposed armrests, were absolutely useless and small and were thrown away due to them limiting our sitting space.The designers of this product have made a lot of decisions to cut costs, like not providing screw holes where screw holes are supposed to be and choosing cheap materials. On the other end they made a lot of decisions that increased the costs that make no sense, like providing the useless pillows, the flimsy centerpiece console with the cupholders, and a whole bunch of extra hardware that is not used in the assembly of the product. For these reasons, I am going to go ahead and say that it is the poor design and engineering of this product that makes this a 2 star review. I am aware that the product is cheap and "you get what you pay for", but this product's cost could even be cheaper and better by having a better design philosophy.

I love the size but I use it in my lounge room and the seat cushion is flat, and now I have to try and add pillows to make it comfortable to sit and watch tv.
