My replacement screen arrived DOA. I installed via the tutorial on their website. The install was a breeze but after my phone would not power on. I took the phone to an Apple store and they told me the new replacement screen wasn't functional. So I removed the uRepair screen and installed a different brand replacement screen and my phone powered on the first try. I contacted uRepair and was told I couldn't get a money back refund and was only offered a replacement screen. I'm very disappointed with this buy. A complete waste of money on my end.

High quality screen and tool kit and great customer service.After trying to use another cheaper replacement screen that didn't work, I replaced my already aftermarket screen with this replacement. The improvements over my old one is that the screen is not polarized (which means you can wear sun glasses while using it)The tutorial video they want you to watched is well paced and can easily follow along.They forgot to include that they have a lint-free screen cleaning cloth included, as well as screen wipes to ensure the placement of the included screen protector is flawless.Unfortunately, the star shaped screwdriver included was defective and they were kind enough to send an ENTIRE replacement without requiring me to send back the screen already affixed to my device.Would buy again.

I'm not happy. This screen has little plastic retainer clips at the top that hold the screen in place. Well these clips bent in and lost form with the slightest pressure. Great so now the screen will not sit flush and has a OCD taunting appearance. My home button was sticking slightly(my fault for not testing it) so I had to take it back apart and fix it. Upon reassemble number 2 I get to the very end and the little plastic clips are so misshapen that the screen is out further. I applied a half an ounce too much pressure and split! The tiniest Crack in the screen right at my home button(the weakest part of the thing). It's my fault. I know. I leave it in and figure it's better than the spider web I had before. I go to Kings Island amusement park let my niece use it age 15, someone bumps into her and she drops it from maybe 38" at most. It's in a case. The case did its job and the Crack that was there from the install didn't even expand. However the screen is completely messed up with the entirety of the top of the phone showing a weird pixel snow of pinkish white blur, that fades down the screen. My old spiderweb screen is now in. I'm out 65 bucks or so and have nothing to show for it. I change out screens for people as a side job and I am technically inclined. So I'm not a newbie when it comes to this at all.

It worked. It took me way too long to install but it worked. The description for how to do it was pretty poor though. Just to give one example, the last step says to just do the first page backwards.. good luck with that.My advice having wasted way too long on it is if you are not technically inclined to just have someone else do it for you-it was more complicated than I expected. But if you do it yourself count on spending a couple hours, and keep track of all the screws removed at each step..use a piece of scotch tape and tape the screws you take out at each step to the instruction manual or put them on a numbered post it note.. Back up first (the instructions on the last page say that...would have been nice to have that up front. still ended up with extra screws and no clue. The screwdrivers/tools included were nice, but not adequate for removing some of the screws--I had to bring out another kit i had for that.

Philips screwdriver included is a little too big but i had another, Quality seems good, screen image quality looks good, Comes with a postage paid envelope to recycle your old screen and for which they will reward you with a screen protector, battery pack or car charger. I have done this before and so did not use their online instructions but It seems like a very nice and complete kit. everything you need including instructions on the web and recycle your old one. ( go a head and call me a hippy, i just like keeping things out of the land fill. ) I'm sure it benefits them but Idc i get something and so do they. .that's called a win..... Good product so far, everything fit properly and works well.

Look we all know there's probably a 50/50 chance that this is going to work.Let's be honest though, not everyone who has reviewed this has received duds. There's also a change the perhaps they actually did something wrong when installing it.Honestly if you haven't installed on of these before, it really can be nerve racking. Once you do a couple, it's pretty easy.Just follow along the directions as best as you can.I received a dud, returned it and they sent me another one. The 2nd time around, it worked, although there's a spot that's discolored. I shrugged it off as I know it maybe as close as I get it to the original Apple iPhone screen. Not bad. Not great...somewhere in between.

I rarely write any product review, but I have to this time --> EXCELLENT PRODUCT QUALITY AND AWESOME INSTRUCTION.I received the screen few days ago, and by just seeing the way they package and the look of the screen you can tell right away this is a good quality not a cheap product. Going to the website for instruction video, I am very impress with the instruction giving by a very nice young guy (he did not introduce his name). He not just tell you all the common sense of how to open this, that, ..... similar to other video instruction I watch before, but he always give you ahead of time what problem you might face when open or during install and giving you all the detail trick how to solve that. Just follow and replace the broken screen very easily and it work like a charm today.PS. I had replaced the screen once by a guy in the mall and after few month it starts to crack and falling off. The previous replacement screen really look cheap compare to this new screen. I am glad buying this and doing this myself.
