I wanted to love this, I really did. But there are two things keeping me from giving this more stars.1. Only a teeny tiny amount of ashes fit in the vessel of this jewel. It was kind of hard to pour it in, even with the funnel and needle. As you may know, human ashes aren't just fine powder; they include tiny pieces of bone sometimes. You will not be able to fit any of that in there.2. In order for pendants of this kind to stay in place (heart facing forward at all times), you need two circles. The circle that is part of the pendant at the top, and then a circle that is linked to the pendant's circle - which is the one that should be inserted into the chain. This isn't like that. You get the pendant with a circle directly linked to the chain, which makes the pendant tilt sideways on your chest and flip over completely with other movement. You have to constantly be mindful of it to stay facing forward and look pretty.Hope this review is helpful to someone!

This necklace is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The topaz is also not true topaz, it is a light rose color which is still very pretty, but not the birthstone I was looking for. Opening it up, it does seem sturdier than reviews explained but the compartment where the ashes go seems to be the same size as the screw lid that goes into it so I'm not sure you would be able to fit actual ashes in there, if you put glue on the screw like they tell you to I'm assuming it would get into the ashes because the compartment is so small, I get you don't really need it to be too big but it is extremely small would barely fit a single drop of water. It is still a very pretty necklace, i will wear as just that. Looking for a new urn necklace. Tried to keep the sentiment and emotion out of this review, but to all that have lost a loved one stay strong! 🧡

My fur baby passed away unexpectedly last week and I wanted a way to have her with me all the time. I placed some of her fur inside the necklace. What I love about this necklace is that it’s not completely obvious that you’re wearing an urn around your neck. The color of the stone reminds me of her fur. And the design is beautiful just like my Lexi.

I finally brought myself to disturb my baby boy to transfer a little piece of him to this urn necklace so that he could be with me wherever I went. The necklace was in the mentioned velvet bag, but then thrown into a bubble envelope. With tears running down my face, I delicately transferred my boy from his urn into the urn necklace. The transfer kit provided worked well. However as I screwed the necklace attachment back into the urn, the hoop that the chain runs through snapped off. I hadn't even started to tighten it yet. Now my boy is trapped in a useless, cheaply made piece of jewelry. Do yourself and your passed on loved ones a favor...avoid this product.

The quality of this necklace is better than I expected. There is a lot of fake jewelry out there and I was afraid this would have been a fail. The necklace is beautiful. I wish the chain was slightly longer but otherwise I have no complaints. The screw to open the urn was a little sticky first time opening but it has been sturdy and holding strong since. There is little room for ashes but I love that I get to bring my dad everywhere I go. The necklace pendant itself is larger than I expected, I take it off at night to preserve the structure and so it doesn’t get tangled. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase. Very pretty chain and pendant.

The piece is really beautiful, and I would order it again ... for the third time. The first time I ordered it, I received a notice that it was damaged in shipment and was being refunded to me. OK?!?! I immediately reordered it, and it arrived. The necklace looked fine (beautiful even), but the funnel was crushed and unusable. I managed to fill the urn without the funnel, but a funnel would certainly have been useful. The packaging is very flimsy. Also, I am a little concerned about the loop that connects the chain to the urn/pendant. There seems to be a gap that, over time, could result in loss of the urn/pendant. Only time will tell, because I am not returning it. I will update, if necessary.

I love it. Looks beautiful. Nice quality. Not tarnishing yet. Bought a white gold chain simply because silver stains my skin. Only holds a tiny bit. And opening and funnel are so small we had to use a strainer to keep just the powder of the ashes going in the little urn because the chunky pieces of ashes were too large. But I’m very happy with it. It did come unscrewed a few times so I used some Gorilla Glue to glue the lid on.

This is amazingly detailed for the size, and I'm very happy it's small. I'm not a big person, and wanted something appropriately sized to wear with my mothers ashes without looking huge or gaudy. I'm very happy with the color too, just like it shows in the picture. The care taken to pack this necklace was carefully thought out and it arrived in beautiful condition. Fast shipping, great price for the item, and I would be happy to buy it again, or recommend it to a friend. Thank you.
