Manhattan Portage 13-Inch Deluxe Computer Bag

This bag is incredibly well-made, and fit my needs perfectly. I am a business traveler, and when my company gave me a slim 12" to replace my 14" monster, I decided to downsize everything. This bag holds everything I need, and nothing more, including computer, iPad, sunglasses, case some files, wifi hotspot, etc. It was the only reasonably slim bag I could find that had a strap or cutout to attach to luggage. The bag itself weighs virtually nothing (well, 1 lb., which is nothing). It is actually a bit wider than my 12.5" Dell, but overall I wouldn't change the size and it could definitely accommodate a larger computer, should the need arise. The only thing I would change is to give the zippered pocket a flat bottom, but that is a little bit of a nitpick. As I said, it is very well made - the materials and construction feel very high-quality, and after 6 months, the bag shows zero signs of wear. I also bought the large shoulder strap pad, which adds a little bit of comfort, but the bag is so light, it's not really necessary.

This bag is great! It has a very slim profile, so don't expect to carry a lot of gear. I knew that going in and wanted it for a primary work bag for my 13" MacBook Pro. Perfect fit! It sits nicely at your side and holds its shape very well. Great bag from Manhattan Portage. If you get a chance, visit their store in the East Village, NYC. Bag lovers paradise.

Great courier/computer bag that is stylish enough to be passable as a lawyer. Light weight, well designed interior, good velcro pocket for 13" or smaller laptop, nice front zippered pocket to keep stuff you don't want to lose. Only wish the strap was removable so I could replace it with a padded one.

Can't find a bag that is lighter, thinner and has a laptop compartment. Love it. Could do with a little more cushion at the bottom for laptops, but the felt lining is perfect. I put a smudged surface pro in, it comes out with all smudges gone LOL.

Overall a great bag and just what I was looking for: rich color, well made, sturdy, but light weight. Only wish it had another pocket on the side for a water bottle.

Nice bag, very durable but the strap is very wide and cumbersome. It looked a bit more stylish online. Quality seems great, just not what I was looking for.

Great Bargain!!!!!I love the quality of the Manhattan Portage bags. Already own another bigger version in grey.Hard wearing, water proof, comfortable and so practical.wanted a smaller version, for when I'm not carrying loads of stuff. This fits the bill. Look good too.

I expected extra strong - nup its just a bag.More pockets or clever design? Nup its just a bag.Really disappointed I bought what costs 4x the price of any other laptop satchel in Australia, so went and bought direct from USA which is still twice the price of any other - and its just a bag.
