AEOLOS Leather Gymnastics Hand Grips-Great for Gymnastics,Pull up,Weight Lifting,Kettlebells and Cross Training

The grip itself seems sturdy and well made. I ordered a size small but a size medium arrived. Their customer service team handled this immediately and exchanged my grips.Very happy with this experience and product overall.

Measured my hand according to the pic on the listing and was dead center “medium.” While the palm covering strap was the right length (this being the measurement you use to choose a size), all of the other dimensions were far too small. I was almost not able to get my fingers through the holes, and it felt like my middle finger might stay stuck. There are two wrist elements: a suede wrist strap that Velcros together, and then a stretchy wrap that goes around on top of that. The suede strap only barely gets around my wrist, holding on by just a tiny bit of Velcro. To make matters worse, that leaves the scratchy plastic part of the Velcro pushed into your skin. Unfortunately returning these. Two stars because the materials and sewing seem high quality and I think they were exactly what I was looking for, other than the fact that they just didn’t fit. I don’t think I’ll try the larger size though, since the palm cover would then be too large probably.Perhaps these are intended for women only, and I just missed that bit on the listing or something. FWIW, I do not have particularly big wrists or fingers or anything.UPDATED REVIEW:So, as explained above, I measured my hand and bought the size indicated by the results, but they just didn't fit my hands well. I initiated the return, and the company contacted me immediately, encouraging me to try to next size up. I responded and said thanks, but no thanks, since I had already bought some other pair from my local gym. They ignored this and sent me the next size up anyway.[Review of the LARGE: my fingers still barely fit through the holes, but I imagine they will stretch or whatever a little over time to be more comfortable. But, as I suspected, the palm cover itself is now too long, so I have excess leather in my palm, and it doesn't sit well in my hand. I tried moving the wrist wrap part down my arm a little but it just came back up. Not gonna work out for me, unfortunately. The velcro issue is resolved by the bigger size.]After they ignored my email response, I figured I wouldn't waste my time emailing them again. But in the week or two since I responded to their first email, they have emailed me THIRTEEN TIMES. They also sent me ANOTHER pair of straps that are black and have a more substantial wrist wrap component. They seem okay, but at this point they are the THIRD pair of these I have in my possession. (also, the black dye did come off onto my hand a little bit, but I expect that goes away after a few wears).I am adding a star to my original review in the hopes that they will stop harassing me and filling my inbox with weird passive aggressive comments about how busy I must be, and how they "expect me" to take the the time to come on here and re-review the product. I mean, I guess my most honest review is: this product uses quality materials and seems like it is well made. If it fits your hand, you'll probably love it. Plus, the company will apparently insist on sending you a replacement if it doesn't fit, or if you aren't satisfied.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm 48 and had workout since I was 15, I had many different types of gloves but since I live in the tropic I need to cover the less posible my hands, said that....This "gloves" keep hands dryer than othersThe leather doesn't smell, my first pair haven't been washed ... Most of my other gloves had to be washed at least ones a week because stinks very badI had used my first pair for almost 2 years and still could use them for a while they are undestructible..

Two things I didn’t like, they were dirty as it is in the picture( I was disappointed)😢 and when I used them the materias faded so my hands were so black.Besides that, they dod the job,I ordered small and s they are a little bit big but not that bad.

Works better and lasts longer than gloves made out of other materials we’d bought in the past. Protects my husband’s hands from tearing off callouses when he is doing CrossFit.

I have not been impressed lately with these hand grips. This is a hand grip that I have used/purchased for awhile now, but after recently trying to purchase new ones due to wear and tear, these have not been fitting properly. The leather around the wrist is way too big now with the velcro part not being big enough to secure my wrist properly. This is my fourth time purchasing one within the last week or so and I have needed to return all of them because the wrist part is too big. I wear a size medium. I tried purchasing a small as well, but that was too small. I'm not sure what is going on with the sizing issue, but I would love to continue purchasing these handgrips if they were to fix this issue.

These Grips have saved my hands from bleeding many times. One of the reasons I could not do many bar movements is that my hands would rip apart and it would be generally very painful. The one session there was even blood. Finally, I got these things and they are great!! I can use them while doing multiple sets and just take out the fingers so I can do other movements in between. I had a friend recommend them to me and they have lasted him over a year so far. Would defiantly recommend especially if you want to get better at bar movements.

Seems like an excellent product, well made, sturdy, functional. My only minus is the finger-holes are smaller than one might expect. I have a size 9 hand and bought a medium to give you an idea. If you're at the top range of a size I recommend selecting the next size up. Also I found the wrist portion to be too complicated and always in the way so I simply cut it off which is easy to to do as it's sewn on. The result is a flat strap with finger-holes and works a lot better and less of a hassle to get on or off. Good luck.

These grips were fantastic right from day one. Chalk them up and you’re good to go. I’m using them for CrossFit - great on the metal bar and on the wood rings. Velcro is strong. To be fair, I’ve only used them a couple of times, so I don’t know how they’ll wear long term… but it’s worth a go if you’re in the market!
