The hooks are fine and do the job well. One of my perennial gripes is the screws supplied with most of this type of thing are always inadequate. Why do the manufactures and sellers always put a lot into the main part of an item and then save a couple of pence on rubbish screws that don't do the job. I'd rather they didn't both supplying any or charge another couple of coppers and supply some that are fit for purpose.I've rated 'easy to install as one star because of the screws.

These were bought as stays for my shed doors. The finish exceeded my expectations being brightly polished and being stainless steel should remain that way for some considerable time. I’m more than happy with this purchase.

The hooks do not hold the gate shut. Due to their brushed metal finish they simply slide.Do not buy if you want to have a door or gate held shut. They will not hold.

bought these to hold open conservatory doors but the bend in the hook is too shallow and they just come unhooked all the time! Not a good purchase.
