Ventless Goggles - Protect Your Eyes From Wind, Dust, Pollen, and Rain

These googles are more comfortable and a better innovation than the others available
Been waiting for goggle manufacturers to get real and develop better and more comfortable goggles that are easier to use and more protective of eyes. These are the first I've found to do this. Their unique lens folding pulls the goggles in to rest against your cheekbones unlike the rest which leave an air gap. The goggle shape is much more comfortable against your nose and securely closes off your entire eye area from air intrusion. Although there are still vent holes, they are tiny and easy to cap off if you want an entirely closed goggle. The only issue I have with these is that they come only with black or white goggle edging and that there is no transparent edging option one can buy. These goggles look more natural on your face compared to the rest because of the way they are shaped, but it is still apparent that you are wearing goggles by the goggle outline. If they were transparent, they would hardly obscure the view of your face and be more attractive to wear. Goggles are here to stay for some of us, and it would be really nice if goggle manufacturers would follow this example and then go beyond to offer a way to include an RX prescription option too. Edit: I read complaints that these are too flimsy, still fog, or not completely "ventless". They are NOT "safety googles" but intended to protect from air particles such as pollen or are attractive for Covid protection, so you have to bear the use in mind. There is no such "ventless" eyewear that will NOT fog up with usage over time. Some erspiration around the eye is inescapable even with small vents. I apply anti-fog drops to these whenever I use them to minimize any fog.

Functional and lightweight
These goggles will fog up a little, especially if you are working in them and sweating. But otherwise they are perfect for keeping sawdust, grass and other particulate matter out of your eyes. They are lightweight and adjustable but can pinch a little if you have them on too tight or worn for extended periods of time.

Not completely dust proof
Love the simplicity, and look. Nearly indestructible, however there are 2 small pinholes in the crease of the lense, which will collect fine dust in high winds.

Works for my small face - and so comfortable
I have a small face and have tried a dozen pairs of safety goggles, swim goggles, and scuba masks for adults AND children, trying to find something that fits. My purpose is to have eye protection for infrequent short trips such as to the post office or bank during Covid. These goggles wrap around my face smoothly and the edge touches my face ALL the way around, which is amazing! I can get them to work with or without an N95 respirator. I will tape the rivets so they don't let in air, or I may put a drop of glue in the holes. I would not recommend them for daily use, because I think it would be hard to get them sanitized with the sewn on edging, but if you only use them once in a while you can wipe them down and then let them sit till next time, which in my case is weeks apart. I've never tried a satin sleep mask, but these are as comfortable as I imagine one would be, and SO light. If you are old enough to remember what an overhead projector sheet was like, that is similar to the plastic in the lenses. They are not designed for something dangerous like construction work, but they are a lightweight barrier against outside air. The binding is comfortable against my face. I can see out really well. You may be thinking it doesn't have enough of a seal (like the kind with a silicon gasket) to seal well. Actually, it does seal pretty well because it lies flat all around, unlike most products that gap on my small face, silicon gasket or not. I have not decided for sure if I will use these or a pair of kid's swim goggles that fit on my eyes with suction (but are uncomfortable and hard to see out of), but these are really good. I could certainly recommend them as a possibilty for a situation where you have a frail elderly person with a petite face who you must take places, and they are not going to want tight swim goggles bruising their fragile skin, but I feel sure they would find these comfortable. They do not work with eyeglasses underneath. There are slits where the straps attach, and you may want to tape those, too, depending on how they fit the individual. Have not tried them on an actual trip yet to see how much they fog up, but the Small constuction goggles I've been using for 2 years fog up, so they won't be any worse..

Not ventless!
If you are buying this to seal your eyes from the environment, look elsewhere. These are cheap thin plastic that is folded instead of molded. Where it is folded, there is an open crease AND the fold is held together with a -hollow- rivet. Literally the opposite of ventless.

Work for what I bought them for.
Cheap plastic feel.. but snug. My gf thinks i look goofy as a MoFo in them... but i wouldnt trade them for the torture that is pollen. I cant be outside 5 min without my eyes killing me for the next 4 hours. These things saved my ass. My eyes.. my ass eyes? Anyways, they block the pollen from getting into my eyes. Perfect for when I walk my dog, or bike him. If I get too sweaty, it will build up condensation, however, so I wouldn't recommend taking them on a vigorous hike during warm weather. They are light, dont fog up, and sometimes I forget I am even wearing them. Until people look at me funny. But I don't care, I'm allergy free and comfortable! Like thar uncle who wears shorts with dress socks pulled all the way up.

Not airtight
Bought these to ensure dust and allergens don't get in my eyes but noticed little holes all over the glasses. Not sure what the point of "not vented" is if there are still holes to let in dust and allergens. Also, depending on the shape of your nose there can be a pretty massive gap there.
