I used an entire month supply of Olly consistently before i tried this one. I definitely saw a minor improvement in my mood and energy level throughout the day with Olly. However, i wanted a better blend with more vitamins in it so i decided to try PureBliss, which had been recommended to me before (the only reason i chose Olly was because it was available at Target and I was new to Ashwaganda). With the Pure Bliss brand, i noticed a MAJOR improvement in my mood and energy throughout the day. I feel energetic, motivated, focused, and happy throughout most of my day, the majority of the effects lasting for about 8-12 hours. I don’t get tired during my 8-4 job, and i don’t need to nap as soon as i get home anymore. I sleep better at night for this reason, and I wake up feeling rested and motivated even before I take it in the morning. I have been taking this brand consistently for about 2 and 1/2 weeks now and I love it! I’ve noticed much fewer instances of stress and anxiety the past few weeks and a major overall improvement of my mood and life. I get so much more done every day and I feel great doing what I need to do. 10/10!!!

This product Not only helps with my stress and anxiety.. But also assisted in my constipation that’s associated with high stress levels the is the best tried other things !!! I will update my review when I have been taking this for the fill 30 days. The packaging was perfect when it arrived and the pills are easy to take with no aftertaste left behind.

I have tried a few different things and these are amazing. I struggle with harm ocd, depression and severe anxiety. This takes the edge off and after consistently taking these I’ve been doing great. I noticed the first few times that this works!!! It’s helped me manage my stress, and is heavensent! Please keep making these!!

I received this on Oct 28 and started taking it the next day. I have had THE WORST migraines and stomach pains every day with about 40 minutes of taking these pills. I stopped taking them on Saturday Oct 31st, and had no headache or stomach pain. I tried them again starting on Monday, November 2nd, and within 30 minutes, I threw up and had a terrible migraine all day. This product made me sick and I am not sure if I can get any of my money back or not.

Tbh, I can't live without these. I have horrible depression. Anytime I skip a day or 2 of these, I totally see the difference. These help me so much. I'm grateful to whoever created them, thank you. :)

I was very impressed with this product! Sometimes I struggle with anxiety and depression. Don’t always want to take prescription medication. I was kind of skeptical but thought I would give it a try. It took a few days but I actually noticed a difference! It didn’t make me blissfully happy, but the depression eased greatly and made it easier to cope with. After a couple weeks taking it I noticed I was doing much better. I’m very glad I gave it a chance.
